Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders of 5 or more Mobile Phones and PDA Devices are eligible for discounted shipping. Please use the "Contact" link in the top menu and choose "Wholesale Inquiry" to request a quote. We will send you an invoice and instructions on making your payment.

Shipping Insurance

Shipping Insurance is included with all items shipped from us to you. If a shipment is damaged before you accept it, simply notify is by using the "Contact" link in the top menu and choosing "Shipping Issue". Provide a detailed description of the issues you are having and we will handle the rest.

Important: It is very important for you to quickly open the package while the Courier is at your home or business to ensure all contents are accounted for and that everything is in working order cosmetically. If the package is damaged and you notice the item you purchased is also damaged, we urge you not to accept the package and have the Courier return the package to us so we may file a claim. In the meantime we will ship you a replacement item.

I received my item, but the safety seal is broken, why is this?

We inspect all Mobile Phones and PDA Devices that ship out from our Warehouses to ensure that the contents originally supplied by the manufacturer are all accounted for. We also need to make sure the correct Power Adapters are included for overseas purchases.

Customs Duties Fee's and Taxes

All purchase prices including Shipping do not include Customs Duties and Taxes. You are required to pay these fee's if and when they arise to the Courier upon acceptance of your item. Some Countries do not impose any Duty Fee's and only charge Import Tax, some Countries charge both, so it is important for you to check with your local Customs to ensure you are readily aware of the charges when your item arrives.

Overnight Shipping

Orders placed before 2PM PST will qualify for Overnight Shipping. orders place after 2PM PST will be shipped out next day and will arrive 1 day later.
